Feat: Fast Hands

You are highly skilled at striking quickly and getting past an opponent's defenses with quick unarmed attacks.

Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +1.

Benefit: The Fast Hands Feat is functionally identical to the Weapon Finesse feat, except that it applies to unarmed striking, grappling, and melee touch attacks. This Feat in no way alters rules for attacks of opportunity or damage types for unarmed attacks; it only changes the attribute used to determine attack modifiers.

Special: A fighter may select Fast Hands as one of his Fighter bonus feats (see PHB page 38).
